by request, a silver crescent moon bound with leather (no panicking . . . this was an humane kill, deerhide tanned locally by dedicated persons, and every bit of the animal was used as tradition dictates), adorned with 3 6mm labradorite beads and one very large, very rare Norwegian Black Moonstone drop (registers at @ 35carats total weight). the moon is actually silver-enameled brass, a gorgeous piece that is intricately detailed with flowers in the art nouveau style.

the client is thrilled, and it goes out tomorrow/later today to arrive in time for the wonderful night! ^_^ as an experiment goes, I am thrilled with how this turned out, and it sits so perfectly on the head without pain or injury. ;) the leather is incredibly soft and flexible, and ties in the back fully adjustable.

only unique to a point . . pagan priestesses have been wearing something similar to this for ages. ;) it's more a twist on an old theme.
